At BabyBlue, every order is prepared with care, and many of our products are handmade or personalized specifically for the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handmade and may be customized based on your preferences, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect product/color selected by the customer
Recipient not liking the gift
Minor variations in handmade products
Personalized/customized orders

As our products are handmade, slight differences in shape, arrangement, color placement or finishing may occur. These small variations are part of the handmade nature of the product.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Order number
Photos of the received product
Clear photos/videos showing the issue
Packaging photos where applicable

After verification, BabyBlue may offer an appropriate replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Unboxing Video

We strongly recommend recording an uncut unboxing video when opening your package. It can help us verify transit damage, missing items, or incorrect products quickly.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before customization/preparation of the order has started.

Once an order has entered preparation or customization, cancellation may not be possible.

COD Advance Payment

For Cash on Delivery orders, BabyBlue may collect a 25% advance payment to confirm the order.

If a confirmed COD order has already entered preparation/customization, the advance amount may be non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
