Products

BabyBlue specializes in handmade gifting products, including Forever Flower Bouquets.

Because products are handmade, minor differences between photographs and delivered products may occur, including slight variations in flower arrangement, dimensions, shape, positioning and color appearance.

We make reasonable efforts to represent our products accurately.

Prices

All prices displayed on BabyBlue.in are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.

Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change without prior notice.

Orders

BabyBlue reserves the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing
Suspected fraudulent orders
Unserviceable delivery locations
Inability to confirm required customization/order information

If BabyBlue cancels a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

Customization

Where customization is available, customers are responsible for providing accurate preferences and instructions.

Final handmade products may have minor variations from reference images or customer requests due to materials and the handmade process.

Intellectual Property

The BabyBlue name, branding, website content, original photographs, graphics, product presentation and other proprietary content belong to BabyBlue or their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BabyBlue will not be responsible for indirect losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
