Frequently asked questions
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. Pay ₹99 online as a small advance and the rest in cash when your parcel is delivered.
Why do I have to pay ₹99 online?
{advance} is a small advance payment that helps us afford the shipping. It is part of your total, so you only pay the remaining amount when the parcel arrives.
What if I don't like the product?
You can return it within 3 days of delivery and get a full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed on the same day.
Will I see my order before it is dispatched?
Yes. Before dispatch, you receive a video of your order being packed, so you know it is safe and exactly what you ordered.
Will the earrings tarnish or fade?
They have a tarnish-resistant, water-resistant finish and come with a 1-year plating warranty. To keep the shine longer, avoid spraying perfume or using harsh chemicals directly on them.
How does delivery work?
